Meet Robert Little

Founder of Freedom University

Robert spent over 16 years leading soldiers in the U.S. Army and went on to lead large-scale operations in both military and corporate settings. From war zones to boardrooms, he’s been in environments where leadership isn’t just a concept, it’s the difference between success and failure.

His passion for leadership development began in uniform and grew through years of training, mentoring, and building high-performing teams. Today, as a John Maxwell Certified Leadership Coach, Robert helps professionals grow into confident, influential leaders who can inspire teams, drive results, and stand out in any room.

After transitioning from the military to executive business roles, he saw how even the most capable professionals often hit a ceiling, not because of talent, but because they were never taught how to communicate their value, lead with clarity, or navigate high-stakes conversations at the top.

So, he built Freedom University.
