MY STORY
My dream was to be a leader who could make a meaningful impact, but the journey to get there was anything but straightforward. Early in my career, I worked hard to climb the corporate ladder, often questioning if I was truly fulfilling my purpose. After navigating a series of high-stakes roles and learning through my own professional challenges, I realized my passion was helping others achieve clarity, confidence, and success in their careers.
I discovered my true calling when I began coaching mid to senior-level executives. Drawing from my own experiences and the lessons I learned through my career transitions, I started creating practical strategies to help leaders stand out, secure higher compensation, and transition into roles where they could thrive.
This led me to develop programs like the Interview Mastery Course and Mastering the Interview with AI, designed to give executives the tools they need to succeed in today’s competitive job market. What began as a way to help others has grown into a transformative coaching practice that has empowered hundreds of leaders to achieve their career goals.
Today, I dedicate my time to guiding executives through career transitions, delivering keynotes, and helping leaders unlock their potential to build fulfilling, impactful careers. Helping others create success on their own terms is the most rewarding work I’ve ever done—and I’m just getting started.
MY VALUES
What I am most proud of in my work is not the number of careers I’ve helped transform or even the success stories I’ve been a part of. It’s the freedom and alignment it has brought to my own life—a life centered on my values, which are rooted in my family, my faith, and empowering others.
Having the flexibility to be present for my wife and children, to support and guide them through life’s moments, is priceless. Creating memories with them, traveling, and simply enjoying the small joys of life is something I cherish deeply. Each morning, I prioritize time in God’s word, reflecting, praying, and grounding myself in His purpose for me. This daily practice fuels the clarity and energy I bring to helping others.
